When you try our Property Management Service we do not want it to cost you or inconvenience you at any stage.
That’s why we offer a 60 Day Trial.
This is how it works in a nutshell.
• You make the decision to move your property to Property Management HQ.
• You inform your current Property Management agency in writing that you wish to terminate the Appointment to Act.
• We’ll organize the paperwork.
• We’ll collect the keys.
During the 60 day trial you’ll receive:
• 60 days to trial our property management services.
• A property inspection and free rental appraisal to ensure your property is achieving current market rental.
• Arrears attended to.
• Outstanding maintenance issues attended to.
• Rents collected and remitted every 2 weeks to your nominated account.
Please note:
If your property is vacant we can firstly find you a tenant (normal letting fees apply) and your 60 day trial will commence once the tenant is in place.

If after experiencing our 60 day trial offer you do not honestly believe that you have more financial certainty,
greater protection, less stress, more peace of mind, more trust and more
confidence in the property management process than you have had ever
had before then it is only fair that you place your investment property
with another Agency.
Simply give us 24 hours notice that you wish to move on and here is what we’ll do:
• Collate all your property records and files and at our expense have them couried to any
destination in the greater Brisbane area or we’ll Post them anywhere in Australia
again at our expense within 48 hours.

• We’ll deposit all available rent monies from our trust account into your nominated account
within 48 hours. |

And remember your property will now be treated for general pests.
