I hope you find it informative. It’s one of our major goals to educate our clients so they become more informed about the property management process.

My name is Lu Bracher and I am the General Manager of Property Management HQ.

It is my job to ensure that the management of your investment property is as hassle free and as financially rewarding as it can be.

Like you I am also a property investor and I know how hard property investors work for their money.

I realize that for many clients their investment property plays a significant part in their retirement plans.

Over the years I have worked for many of the leading Property Management Agencies including Rental Hotline, AIPM and Ozinvest.

My roles have included property manager, business development manager, land acquisitions manager and property researcher.

I am also a keen renovator and I have studied Interior Design at Brisbane’s Commercial Arts Training College (CATC).

My formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Agency Practice-which led me to becoming a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent.

I am also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).
