HOW TO PAY YOUR RENT
At Property Management HQ, we want to make it easier for you to manage your cashflow. You can pay your rent in the following ways:-
DIRECT DEPOSIT
You can direct deposit into our account over the counter at a National Australia Bank Branch or through your internet/phone banking service.

Important:
You must put in your last name and your reference number.
You will find your reference number on the back of your tenant card.
The onus is on you to ensure that this information is included with your deposits at all times.
If a genuine error does occur we will work with you. Under the new tenancy laws, we will recognise the date you made the transaction as the actual date in the event that a Form 11 or Form 12 is issued.
You cannot use this card to pay rent at a post office. You will still need to fill in a deposit slip if paying over the counter at a bank branch.
CREDIT CARD
Credit card payments now accepted. You can call us to make/authorise the payment over the phone or email us. Earn rewards and have better control of your cashflow.

Important:
A 2% fee applies to the transaction value. We only accept standard Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners cards.
Our refund policy for payments made via credit cards.A refund will only be provided if the rent paid is in advance of the terms and conditions on the Lease Agreement.Fees may apply.

ARREARS
Property Management HQ regards the failure to pay rent as a serious breach and it will be dealt with under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 .
At the very start of all tenancies, we will go through our Arrears Policy with you - it is our obligation to protect the rental income from the properties we look after.
If you repeatedly breach your rental obligations, we will seek to terminate your rental with us. It is important you immediately notify us when you are unable to meet your rental obligations so we can make other arrangements and avoid unnecessary court action.
