1. You have received and reviewed the Form 17 - Information Statement and Form 18a - General Tenancy Agreement along with the standard terms and any specials particular to this property.

2. You agree for Property Management HQ to use the information you supplied in this application to verify your suitability for tenancy. This may include:-

2.1 Authority to contact named persons in this application to verify your character, identity, employment, ability to care for the property and ability to meet the rental obligations on the property.

2.2 Authority to disclose your information to third party to undertake tenancy database searches to verify your credit worthiness.

3. If your application is denied, you accept that Property Management HQ are under no obligation to provide a reason.

If approved, you consent to your relevant information to be provided to include but not limited to third parties such as insurance companies, banking institutions, contractors, salespeople, other real estate agents and tenancy default databases.

5. Insurance: Your personal belongings are not covered by any landlord insurance policies and it is your responsibility to carry out your own contents insurance.

7. You acknowledge that upon communication of your successful application, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the General Tenancy Agreement.

8. You consent Property Management HQ to use email and facsimile to communicate with you in accordance with the provisions set out in Chapter 2 of the Electronic (Queensland) Act 2001 (Qld) and the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).
