If you are experiencing difficulties with any part of your tenancy or your property we have also provided a ‘Troubleshooting’ page which may be able to solve your problem. Please note we are constantly adding to this page so please check back regularly.
Please also be aware that you have a legal obligation to pay your rent on or before the due date. If you are experiencing difficulties or you believe you may experience difficulties in the future (ie loss of job) meeting your renalt commitments in the future then you must contact us immediately.
Please also note that your Bond IS NOT ‘rent in advance’. Failure to pay your rent may affect your ability to rent in the future.
Please also note that if you make an application for a vacant property and you are approved YOU HAVE MADE A LEGAL COMMITMENT to the property.Should you then back out for whatever reason there may be financial consequences.
We have an obligation to look after your consumer rights.We do this by providing you with open communication on all aspects of your tenancy.
