About our Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our services, we will request that you make this complaint in writing so we can address it accordingly. Your complaint will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and following the prescribed procedure.

If you provide a complaint specific to a property matter; under the PAMD (Code of Conduct – Real Estate Agents) Regulations 2002; we must advise our Landlord accordingly.

How your Complaint will be handled

1. We will respond to your complaint within 7 days in writing.
2. You must direct your complaint to Lu Bracher.
